What name hides,
doesn't show where it goes?
Is today? It was yesterday?
Forward or backward?
It was quickly,
or was it slow?

The verb just says
what man does.
But when? But where?
But how? And what else?
So run the verb
and starts calling:

- Friend adverb,
come help me!

Look for it in time,
in mode and place.

- Hi! I already arrived!

And what I didn't know
now I know.

the train leaves now,
slowly,
the locomotive
pulling ahead;
and huffs and whistles:
- Goodbye to those who stay!
AND soon begins
to walk more quickly.
