SUPPORT the MONTE AZUL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
The Monte Azul Community Association is a non-governmental organization, guided by anthroposophical thinking, which acts primarily for the integral development of the Human Being. The work is based on Waldorf Pedagogy, Medicine and Social Pedagogy expanded by Anthroposophy and on the path of self-education.
It currently has four centers: Monte Azul, Peinha, Horizonte Azul and the Family Health Strategy. The first three include around 250 employees and 70 volunteers, Brazilians and foreigners, and serve around 4,000 direct beneficiaries. The Family Health Strategy, with 1,500 employees responsible for 13 Basic Health Units. Monte Azul is a multiplier and disseminator action model far beyond these communities.
