To start the day, in the classroom – children up to 10 years old

With your dear light
the sun brightens the day,
and the power of the spirit,
that shines in my soul,
gives strength to my limbs.
In the glow of sunlight, oh God,
I worship human strength
that you kindly
planted in my soul.
so that i can be
looking forward to work.
so that i can have
desire to learn.
From You come light and strength.
For you they flow
love and gratitude.
