poem by Ruth Salles
Isabela is so beautiful, she dances like the breeze.
By the sea, which comes gently, she moves her hands.
In the cadence of this dance, your little fingers say goodbye.
It enters the water and swims in it, like a cloud, like a nymph.
On the street, he scratches the wheel, and it turns, and everyone laughs.
Their bluish necklaces glow as light as lights.
His collar has some rattles. How much fun is it now!
– Look at the rain! Put on the shawl! “Oh, who arrives? Who is calling me?
The outside air is a party! My face refreshes!
When I go up, I go down, I go by, I go dancing!”
And she: “Ha!” And spins: "Hey!" And hovers: “Ho!” And turns and turns.
And then enters the house singing a song so old...
