Aesop's fable

A wolf was eating a bone that went through its throat. He was so distressed that he went to ask a stork to take it from him with its long beak, and he made many promises. The stork helped him and then asked him to keep his word, to which the wolf replied:

– “How foolish you are! I had your head between my teeth, I could kill you if I wanted to and you still want a bigger reward!
